My visit with Troy Finley was amazing. He was so welcoming and addressed my concerns. I was visiting from out of country and needed an emergency visit. Highly recommend this clinic.

On **July 21**, I had my tooth prepared for a permanent crown. During the appointment, the dental assistant appeared to be new and inexperienced. While scanning my tooth, she repeatedly hit the prepared tooth with the scanner, causing unnecessary pain. After about three times, I refused to let her continue. Another staff member came in and completed the scan without causing any pain. The same assistant also struggled to adjust my temporary crown and needed help from another staff member. Despite this, she was left alone to place my temporary crown. A procedure that should have taken one to two hours lasted nearly four hours, and I was the last patient in the office. Before leaving, I told Dr. Troy Finley that I was leaving for vacation and wanted to make sure my temporary crown was secure. He never came back to inspect the assistant's work before I left. Since that appointment, I experienced severe pain and was unable to chew on that side of my mouth. When I returned from my trip, I scheduled an emergency appointment because my pain was a **12 out of 10**. Dr. Finley found a hole in my temporary crown and suggested it may have been caused by chewing on that side. I explained tha

Dr. Finley and the staff at Aspen were amazing to me. I was visiting on vacation when my face swelled and I needed care asap. They helped me quickly so I could get back to my family vacation. Highly recommend

Dr. Finley is an outstanding dentist. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. He’s a great communicator and listener. My experience as a patient has been phenomenal. The staffs are super welcoming and caring.
